David Sheinfeld is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

David received his A.B. in History from Brown University.  He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of Order of the Coif and a member of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
