DongHwa Kim is counsel in the Restructuring and Finance Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

DongHwa received her B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College in 2010, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2016, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law and Business.

DongHwa is proficient in Korean.
