David Webb is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department.
David received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University where he was awarded the Merrill Moore and Frank A. Woods Awards as the top-ranked English and History major, respectively, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. After law school, David clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit for Judge Richard A. Posner and Chief Judge Diane P. Wood.
