Emily A. Wang is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Emily received her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was a Robert McKay Scholar and Staff Editor for the Tax Law Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude in Linguistics and Psychology from Columbia University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
