Eric B. Liu is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Eric received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.

Prior to law school, Eric was a product manager at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
