Elena M. Boushee is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Elena received her J.D. with High Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was the Symposium Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, Elena clerked for The Honorable Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
