Eric M. Selzer is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Eric received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif, served as Senior Managing Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review, and was awarded Senior Research honors. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, with distinction in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining the firm, Eric clerked for the Honorable James B. Loken on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
