Emily P. Ross is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Emily received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern University Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Government and Economics from Georgetown University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Emily clerked for The Honorable William J. Nardini of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for The Honorable John D. Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
