Ethan Z. Cohen is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Ethan received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He was a Research Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to attending law school, he received his B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science from Middlebury College.

While in college, Ethan represented the United States in Ice Hockey at the International Maccabiah Games.
