Gray W. Decker
Gray W. Decker is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Antitrust Department.
Gray received his J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and received the Dean’s Certificate in recognition of special and outstanding service to the Georgetown Law community. Gray also served as an Articles Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal. He received his B.A. cum laude in Government from the College of William and Mary with Departmental Honors (Government).
Prior to joining the firm, Gray practiced antitrust law in Washington, DC and, before that, served as a law clerk to the Honorable John F. Anderson, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
