Gabe Y. Delabra is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Gabe received his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was an AnBryce Scholar and the Executive Editor of the New York University Law Review. He previously co-taught a yearlong law school seminar at NYU School of Law titled Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion with Professor Kenji Yoshino.  He received his B.A. cum laude in Political Science with departmental honors from Haverford College.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Gabe is fluent in Spanish.
