Helen A. Diagama is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Helen received an A.B. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Brown University.  She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
