Hayley B. Smith is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Hayley received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She was the Online Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received her B.S. summa cum laude in Political Science and Philosophy from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
