Heather D. Casteel
Heather D. Casteel is Counsel in the Trusts & Estates practice at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She advises high-net worth individuals and families on all aspects of estate and tax planning, trust and entity structuring, estate and trust administration, and charitable gift planning.
Ms. Casteel graduated from Williams College in 2006 with a B.A. in mathematics cum laude. She completed a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2011, where she was an Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. At the beginning of her career, Ms. Casteel clerked for the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
