Henry R. Bauer is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Henry received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where was he an Editor for the Yale Law Journal and Yale Journal on Regulation and received the Ralph K. Winter, Jr. Prize in Corporate Law. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy and Classical Languages, with minors in Mathematics and Economics, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Prior to joining the firm, Henry served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
