Henry Bauer is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Henry received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as an editor for the Yale Law Journal and Yale Journal on Regulation and was awarded the Judge Ralph K. Winter, Jr. Prize for Corporate Law.  Henry received his B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy and Classical Languages from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he was Phi Beta Kappa and a Chancellor’s Scholar.
