H. Sam Yu is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Antitrust Department.

Sam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Jacobson Scholar in Law and Business and a Lederman Fellow in Law and Economics. He received his M.P.P. in Business and Government Policy as a John F. Kennedy Fellow from Harvard University. He received his B.A. in Political & Social Thought and Economics from the University of Virginia.
