Isaac G. Hudis

Isaac G. Hudis is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department. 

Isaac received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a staff member of the Columbia Business Law Review. In law school, Isaac received the Best in Class Award in both Regulation of Financial Institutions and Securities Regulation. He received his B.A. in History from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
