Ibitayo (Tayo) Awoyinfa is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Tayo received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a Line Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and a Diversity and Inclusion Co-Chair of the Harvard Association for Law and Business.  Tayo received her B.A. magna cum laude in Psychology from New York University, where she was a recipient of the Doris Aaronson Award and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
