Jacob D. Pearlman is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Jacob received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he graduated first in his class and was the recipient of the Saul L. Nadler Memorial Award for high achievement in corporate and securities law courses.  He received his B.A. in Public Policy, with distinction, from the University of Michigan, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar and a recipient of the William J. Branstrom Award.  Prior to law school, Jacob worked in the aviation industry and in government.
