Heath Mayo is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Heath received his J.D. from Yale Law School where he was a recipient of the Cardozo and Potter Stewart Prizes in the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals, a Coker Fellow, and Project Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.  Heath received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics and his M.A. in History concurrently from Brown University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an All-Ivy League selection on the varsity baseball team. Prior to joining the Firm, Heath worked as a Manager at Bain & Company in Boston.
