Joseph J. Castellucia is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Joseph received his J.D. summa cum laude from Duke University School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. Prior to joining the Firm, Joseph worked as an analyst in leveraged finance.
