Jessica L. Layden is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.  

Jessica received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the New York University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and Senior Executive Editor for the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University. Prior to law school, Jessica held positions at the White House and the Department of Education.
