Jennifer M. Otten
Jennifer M. Otten is a Visiting Attorney in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Antitrust Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Otten worked as an antitrust attorney at the German law firm Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt and London. She advises on all matters of European and German antitrust law, including multi-jurisdictional merger control review processes, as well as antitrust investigations and damages litigation.
Ms. Otten received an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she received a DAAD scholarship. She earned her First State Exam (JD equivalent) at the University of Constance. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt.
Ms. Otten is admitted to the bar in New York and Germany and is active in several professional associations, including the German-American Lawyers’ Association and the Frankfurt Antitrust Forum. She is fluent in German and English and has basic proficiency in Japanese.
