Joel M. Simwinga
Joel M. Simwinga is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.
Joel received his J.D. from Stanford Law School where he was a Franke Fellow and a John Hart Ely Book Prize Recipient. He received his A.B., magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Princeton, where he was a Class of 1879 Thesis Prize Recipient.
