Jennifer White is a visiting attorney in the Restructuring and Finance Department at Wachtell Lipton.

Prior to joining Wachtell, Jennifer worked as an Associate in the Finance Department at Arthur Cox LLP, one of the leading law firms in Ireland.  She has advised on a broad range of finance transactions (acting for both borrowers and lenders) including, but not limited to, corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate/development finance, various secured/unsecured lending transactions, as well as having advised on aspects of loan portfolio sales. Jennifer has significant experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation which extends to numerous multi-jurisdictional finance transactions (New York and London led) involving senior debt financings and secured and unsecured bond issuances.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business and Law from the University College Dublin. She is admitted to the roll of solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland.
