John-Francis (Jack) Flynn is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.
Jack received his J.D. summa cum laude from University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a recipient of the Harker Prize, elected Order of the Coif and a member of University of Illinois Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Miami.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jack clerked for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
