Kelsey Borenzweig is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Kelsey received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif, a Florence Allen Scholar, and an Online Editor for the New York University Law Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of Southern California, where she was also a Trustee Scholar.
