Kelsey Borenzweig is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.
Kelsey received her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif, a Florence Allen Scholar, and an Online Editor for the New York University Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where she was also a Trustee Scholar.
Kelsey rejoined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
