Kailey B. Flanagan

Kailey Flanagan is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Kailey received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a recipient of the Parker School Recognition in International and Comparative Law and the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law Student Writing Prize in Comparative and International Law. She also served as an Articles Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review and as a member of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Through the Columbia-Oxford Global Alliance Program, Kailey completed coursework at the Oxford Faculty of Law and Saïd Business School.

Kailey received her B.S.F.S., magna cum laude, in International Politics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Krogh Honors Scholar.
