Karissa Kang is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Karissa received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law & Policy Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude in Classics and English from Emory University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Before joining the firm, Karissa clerked for the Honorable Kevin C. Newsom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
