Kyle Mary Oefelein is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Kyle received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize.  She also served as a Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review.  Kyle received her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Before joining the firm, Kyle clerked for The Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
