Kelsey Dennison is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Kelsey received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and recipient of the Parker School Certificate in Foreign & Comparative Law. She also served as Treasurer and Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review. Kelsey received her A.B., magna cum laude, in Politics from Princeton University.
