Lawrence B.W. Parkin is a Visiting Attorney in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department.

Lawrence advises on a broad range of tax and structuring matters, including the local and cross-border tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and financings.

He received a B.A. (First Class Honours) from the University of Durham, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a solicitor of England & Wales.

Prior to joining the firm, Lawrence worked as a Senior Associate in the Tax & Reward Department of the law firm Macfarlanes LLP in London.
