Luke F. Porcari is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Luke received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was the Senior Submissions Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in Economics and Philosophy from Bernard M. Baruch College.
