Lakshmi Prakash is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Lakshmi received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and her MBA with honors from The Wharton School. As a Schwarzman Scholar, she earned an M.S. in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, where she focused on US-China relations and cross-border transactions. She also holds a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Prior to law school, Lakshmi was a management consultant and investor.
