Michael A. Chaia is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Michael received his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and the Vice President of the International Law Society.  He graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University, with a B.A. in Government and International Politics.
