Maxim (Max) A. Miroff

Maxim (Max) Miroff is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Intellectual Property Department.

Max received his B.S. in Computer Science and Philosophy magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary, where he was a Stamps 1693 Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
