Mario D. Ramirez is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Mario received his J.D. magna cum laude from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was Managing Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida.

Before joining the firm, Mario served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carl J. Nichols at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for the Honorable Diane P. Wood at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
