Melina Grauschopf is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department at Wachtell Lipton.

Prior to joining the firm, Melina worked in the M&A/Corporate department at Gleiss Lutz, one of the leading independent law firms in Germany. She has significant experience in advising both corporations and financial investors on domestic as well as cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. She has also advised a wide range of listed and unlisted companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Melina studied law at the University of Wuerzburg, Germany, passed both of her German state exams (J.D. equivalent and bar exam equivalent) with top honors and is a Ph.D. candidate in corporate law at the University of Bochum, Germany. She is admitted to the German bar.
