Matthew Lochner is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Matt received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School where he received the Dean’s Scholar Prize in Corporations, Commercial Law, Corporate Reorganization, and Cross-Border M&A. He received his M.Phil. in International Relations and Politics with merit from the University of Cambridge and his A.B., magna cum laude, in Social Studies from Harvard College.
