Martin J. Sicilian is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Martin received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. In law school, Martin interned for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Antitrust Law Section of the California Department of Justice. He worked as a research assistant to professor A. Douglas Melamed. Martin received his B.A. in Economics from Pomona College, where he won the Leland M. Backstrand and Lorne D. Cook Memorial Awards in Economics.

After law school, Martin clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes.
