Marie-Alice Legrand
Marie-Alice Legrand is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Alice received her J.D. and LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone and a James Kent Scholar. While at Columbia Law School she worked as a research assistant for the Ira Milstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership and as a Staff editor for the Columbia Journal of European Law. She received a B.A. in History and a M.A. in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, as well as a M.S. in Law and International Management from HEC Paris. Alice is fully qualified to practice in France.
Alice is fluent in German and French.
