Monica L. Smith
Monica L. Smith is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Antitrust Department.
Monica received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from Washington University in 2011. She received her J.D. in 2016 from New York University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. From 2017 – 2018, Monica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Leo E. Strine Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.
