Michael Dooley is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was Online Editor and a member of the Editorial Board for the Virginia Law Review and elected Order of the Coif.  Michael received his B.A. summa cum laude from Connecticut College where he was Phi Beta Kappa, a Winthrop Scholar and recipient of the Government Department Award in International Relations.
