Michael Klain is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Mike received his B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Government from Harvard College, where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team.  He received his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an Editor for the Harvard Law Review, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
