Mitchell (Mitch) S. Levy
Mitchell (Mitch) Levy is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.
Mitch received his B.A. with Honors in Math and Economics from The University of Chicago. He received his J.D. with High Honors from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif, President of the Law & Economics Society, and a recipient of the Herbert L. Caplan Prize for Reform in Public & Constitutional Law. Mitch also served as an Articles Editor on The University of Chicago Law Review.
After law school, Mitch was a law clerk to the Honorable A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
