Miles S. Ogihara is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Miles received his J.D., with High Honors, from the University of Chicago Law School. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Chicago, where he was named a Gary Becker Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
