Matthew T. Carpenter
Matthew T. Carpenter is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Matthew received an A.B. magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in 2010, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the Paul H. Douglas Prize in Economics. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2016, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
