Mark Andriola is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Mark received his B.A. magna cum laude in Government and History from Dartmouth College, graduating with High Honors. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School where he was Projects Editor for the Yale Journal on Regulation.

Prior to law school, Mark was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he consulted for public and private sector clients across various industries.

After law school, Mark clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri for Judge John Ross.
