MacKenzie Thurman is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

MacKenzie received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and the Charles Bathgate Beck Property Prize, a James Kent Scholar and Managing Editor for the Columbia Law Review.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
