Michael W. Holt
Michael W. Holt is Counsel in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and complex civil litigation.
Michael received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated cum laude and served as the Managing Editor of the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. He received his M.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. He received his B.A., cum laude, in English and Music from Amherst College.
Early in his career, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
